Introduction

When you chose to move your copy of TT Payroll and your data to our SafeHost cloud platform, there will be a period of two days when you will be unable to enter data or generate payslips, while we move your local database to the cloud.


Migration 

The process is as follows:

  1. You give us a list of users who are authorised to access TT Payroll under SafeHost.  
  2. We setup 2-factor authentication for each user and they install DUO on their mobile phones to authenticate logins (optional).
  3. You send us a copy of your latest TT Payroll database file (PAPA.tdb) located in your \TT PAPA\TT Database folder.  
  4. You stop using TT Payroll on your local systems.
  5. We copy your database to TT Payroll on SafeHost.
  6. We notify you of the new SafeHost login credentials for all the authorised users and send you new shortcuts to start TT Payroll on SafeHost.
  7. You start using TT Payroll on SafeHost.
  8. You increase your existing monthly standing order for the SafeHost licence as quoted (starting at £55 per month).


When you start using TT Payroll on SafeHost please stop using your old TT Payroll system on your computers as the data will not be updated.  We recommend deleting the old TT Payroll system.
