Introduction
If you have version 8.00 or later of TT Payroll, then you can try upgrading TT Payroll yourself with just a few clicks, as detailed below.
Login As TTInstaller
The head of HR or payroll at your company should Login to TT Payroll as TTInstaller. If you need the password please call, but we will only give this to your top level administrator...
After logging in, the User form will be displayed, then click the Download and Upgrade button...
Download and Upgrade
Click the button in step 2 and wait while TT Payroll downloads the new program file and rebuilds all the interface files...
When each user logs in again they will need to press OK a few times as TT Payroll applies the latest version and imports any bespoke reports for the user.
